The Veterans Assistance Commission of McHenry County (VAC) provides services to veterans and their eligible survivors with Veterans Financial Assistance, VA Claims & Advocacy, Transportation to the Lovell FHCC (North Chicago), Caregiver Relief Veterans Assistance (CRVA), and Referrals Assistance.

Support and education for veteran caregivers
Outdoors program for camaraderie and connection
Housing assistance prior to or following eviction
Delivery of food, furniture and ho
