The Blue Star Banner Program honors those veterans in Crystal Lake by creating veteran honored banners along Rt. 14 in Crystal Lake. These banners are updated twice a year from selected names from the public.

- Transitional living shelter
- Support and education for veteran caregivers
- Outdoors program for camaraderie and connection
- Housing assistance prior to or following eviction
- Delivery of food, furniture and ho
