Welcome to Project Swim Development, where the focus is on YOU and building a foundation to be a successful swimmer. This series includes three (3) in-person sessions over three (3) months:
November 23: Freestyle foundation
December 14: Reducing drag
January 18: Maximizing propulsion.
Jennifer Harrison (JHC Coaching) has been coaching athletes for 25+ years. Jennifer coaches a wide variety of athletes from pure runners to Ironman athletes.
Gemma Hollis is the owner and creator of Push Glide Kick. She is passionate about great swim technique and how this leads to improved performance.
